⏱ Check-in & Check-out Hours

• Check-in: from 13:00 to 20:00.
• Check-out: until 11:00 the following day.
• The checkout hour is fixed and does not depend on your actual arrival time.

💰 Financial Terms & Deposits

• Prepayment: Required to guarantee your reservation. Booking on arrival does not guarantee property availability or the quoted price.
• Final Cleaning Fee: Paid separately — 8,500 KZT (automatically added to the total cost of the stay).
• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of up to 50,000 KZT may be requested by the manager upon check-in to cover potential damages.
• Cancellation Policy: Full refund is available if written notice is provided (via email or official WhatsApp) at least 3 days prior to the check-in date.

📋 Rates & Extra Fees
The basic "Standard" rate is calculated for 1 adult and up to 2 children (under 12 years old; children under 5 stay free of charge without an extra bed).

• Short-term stays: 1 night (+25%), 2 nights (+15%).
• "Long-term" Rate: Stays of 15 nights or more receive a -15% discount (requires 100% non-refundable prepayment).
• Extra Guest Fees: Additional adults (+20% to +50% depending on layout), children aged 5–12 (+18%).

🚫 House Rules & Restrictions

• 🚬 Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all apartments. Violations are subject to administrative fines in accordance with the law.
• 🐾 Pets: Allowed only by prior arrangement. Accommodation fees may increase by 20% to 100%, and a higher security deposit will be required.

🧾 Corporate Accounting Documents
We provide a full set of official documents for business travelers: Invoice, Fiscal Receipt, Cash Voucher, Certificate of Services Rendered, and Electronic VAT Invoice (E-Invoicing).
