Checkout time is considered from 12:30 PM to 11:30 AM the next day. No matter what time you settling in an apartment.

All our apartments are smoke free. According to the "Law on smoking" for violation of the Act, a person subject to administrative fines.

Accommodation with pets

Accomodation an guests with their pets, is only possible by prior agreement with the administration

We put you on notice that the cost of accomodation with a pet, can rise from 20% to 100 % (at the discretion of the administration) for the entire period of stay.

Administration has the right to refuse a guest in accommodation (not returning the prepayment or payment) if the guest didn't have consent to pet accommodation, thus violating the terms of placement.

If you have the consent of accommodation in apartment pet, the guest must (mandatory) to leave a deposit - as insurance against possible damage. Deposit amount is specified individually in each case.
