From the moment of foundation Apart-Hotel "Lessor" was accented on rent in Almaty without any brokers. We always aim to reach the best relationship between cost and quality, which would be impossible without excluding any brokers from renting process. All of our apartments are under our total control, which helps us to work without any commissions and brokers and provide an offer price by a level lower than the similar apartments in hotels. We work since 1996 year (our first name was: Apartments bureau "Lessor") . We have started from 2-3 flats and only some permanent clients. We have greatly expanded and transformed, and now can suggest respectable conditions for guest of our city. Our specialisation – is daily rent in Almaty for residents and guest of our city. Our apartments are provided in 2 categories: econom-class and business-class. All of them are equipped with furniture, household appliances and a set of tableware. Because of most of our apartments are rent without any brokers, so for sure we control their technical conditions and are interested in maintaining of high level quality and long-term perspective. All our apartments have been improved and repaired fully. We try operatively react for all the comments and suggestions when our guests tell us.
