The beginning of the history of our Aparthotel dates back to 1996. In the beginning it was a simple flat bureau "Lessor" and 2-3 comfortable apartments in the centre of Almaty and with regular customers. We continuously strived to provide our guests with the best value for money.

At the moment our specialisation is daily flat rent in Almaty for guests and guests of the city. Our apartments are comfortable apartments in the centre of Almaty; they are presented in economy and business class categories. All of them are equipped with furniture, necessary household appliances and essentials.
