• How do I make a booking?

    You choose the apartment you like and click on the "Book" button. Then, following the instructions, fill in all the fields indicated there.
    We will then contact you to discuss the payment option for your booking.

  • I want to rent a flat for 1-2 days. Will the price be the same?

    No. All prices are for two adults and two children for three or more nights!
    For 1-2 night stays, an additional rate is included:
    • one night + 25% to the standard price
    • two nights +15% to the standard price
    • we do not provide extra beds or cots when checking into the apartment will be recalculated.
  • Do I need to bring my own towel and toiletries?

    We provide disposable slippers, bed linen and towels for our guests, but you should bring your own toothpaste, shampoo and toothbrush.
  • What is the maximum number of guests your flats can accommodate?

    As a rule, all flats can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years old), but it all depends on the flat you choose.
    • If the total number of adults increases up to 4 people, the amount will increase by 25%.
    • The total number of children (from 5 to 12 years old) must not exceed three people* (*depending on the layout of the selected apartments). In this case, the price will increase by 18%
    • Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge with adults we do not provide extra beds or cots when checking into the apartments will be recalculated.
  • Do you have a hairdryer?

  • Cancellation conditions

    • If the reservation (standard rate) is canceled 10 days or more before the expected day of check-in, the prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
    • If the reservation (standard rate) is canceled at least 5 days in advance, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
    • If cancellation is less than 3 days in advance - prepayment will not be refunded.

    • These cancellation terms do not apply if you select the "Non-Refundable" fare or any other promotional fare using the promo code.
