Our apartments are located in the most interesting part of the city. The central pedestrian street - Zhibek Zholy (Silk Road), the local "Arbat", is right under your windows. On the pedestrian streets of Zhibek Zholy and Panfilov, there are stalls of craftsmen and exhibitions of artists. Beginning musicians can sit next to the masters (when they dare to make such a performance). The friendly atmosphere of these streets will never leave you indifferent and sad.

The abundance of restaurants for every taste and purse, cafes and snack bars will make you try very hard to stay hungry in our marvellous city.

The presence of parks and squares will shelter you in the hot season and help you enjoy the quiet and cool.

The park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen is one of the oldest in Almaty. There are dozens of century-old oaks and other trees here. In the centre of the park stands the Ascension Cathedral. The Panfilov Park is also famous for its thousands of pigeons, which are constantly fed by the citizens.
